The Education Staff oversees all the association's industry education and training efforts and all programming for our educator partners and their students. The staff is responsible for working with industry leaders and staff to develop the content for national, regional and local conferences hosted or sponsored by SEMA. Primary activities include the development and hosting of the annual SEMA Show’s Education Days program, which consists of over 50 seminars over the four-day tradeshow. In addition, staff develop and host the bi-monthly webinar program, which provides SEMA members with the opportunity to participate in educational programming from their business headquarters or home office. Lastly, the department plays a significant role in helping students enhance their career opportunity through the association’s annual scholarship and SEMA Show Student programs. Both activities provide students with resources to help them further their efforts in their automotive field of study and prepare for a career in the specialty equipment industry.
