Communications and Events Staff
The Communications and Events Department oversees the association's show department, which organizes the annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas and several regional trade shows, international shows and special events throughout the year. It also oversees the association's public relations and publications, which include a monthly print magazine SEMA News and a weekly electronic newsletter SEMA eNews. It is also responsible for SEMA's International Relations department which constantly seeks to find and grow opportunities for our markets overseas. They use detailed reports to identify top importers/distributors; trade leads; top modified vehicles and niche opportunities. They proactively work with government officials in key overseas markets to prevent the implementation of overly restrictive legislation and regulations which could limit the specialty equipment market.
